THE JOURNAL

Field notes for people who show up.

Habits, early mornings, and the books that shape the people we want to become.

BMI is a crude tool. It doesn't know your muscle mass, your frame, your sleep, or the week you had. What it does know is the trend — and the trend is the only honest mirror most of us own.

Weigh in once. Write it down. Then forget the number and build the morning. Six weeks from now, the number tells you whether the system is working — not whether you are.

Start with the baseline. The rest is just showing up.
