There is no such thing as a free morning. The 14 minutes you saved by skipping breakfast are charged back at 3 PM with interest — focus you don't have, decisions you make worse, a workout you cancel.
The compounding here is brutal. A skipped morning today is a skipped workout tomorrow is a skipped goal next year. The habit is not the breakfast. The habit is the showing up.
