Shipping Policy

We currently deliver only across Kolkata. Pan-India shipping is on the roadmap — join the waitlist and we will email you the day it opens for your pincode.

Free delivery on every order inside Kolkata, regardless of pack size or subscription type. No minimum order, no hidden handling fees.

Orders placed before 6 PM IST are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders after 6 PM ship the next working day.

Most Kolkata addresses receive their pack within 48 hours of dispatch. Areas outside the central zones may take up to 72 hours.

You will receive WhatsApp updates from +91 80130 38608 at dispatch and on the day of delivery. Reply to that thread anytime — we read every message.

If our partner cannot reach you, we will call and reschedule once at no charge. After two failed attempts the order is returned and a refund is issued minus reverse-shipping cost. Please double-check your address and phone at checkout.
