Name, delivery address, phone number, email, and order history when you place an order. Device, browser, and usage signals via Google Tag Manager for analytics and marketing measurement. We never collect or store payment card details — these go directly to our payment gateway.

To fulfil and deliver your order, to provide customer support, to improve the product, and — only with your consent — to send you occasional updates about new mixes or offers.

Our delivery partner (for shipping), our payment gateway (for processing), and Google (analytics, via Google Tag Manager) in aggregated/pseudonymous form. We never sell your data.

We use Google Tag Manager (and the Google Analytics tags it loads) to understand how the site is used and to measure marketing. You can opt out via your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

When you create an Avena account, we send you a nightly reminder at 9pm IST to soak your oats so breakfast is ready in the morning. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any of our emails, or by replying with "unsubscribe".

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and order history. Email hrithik@avena.club and we will respond within 30 days.

Order records are retained for 7 years to satisfy Indian tax and accounting rules. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Avena is not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
