Refund Policy

If your pack is unopened and you change your mind, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping inside Kolkata.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened packs cannot be returned or refunded. If you are unsure whether the mix is for you, start with a 1-day or 7-day pack first.

If your order arrives damaged, with the wrong pack, or items missing, write to us at hrithik@avena.club within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date. Already-shipped packs in a billing cycle are non-refundable, but no further charges will be made.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and card refunds typically settle faster.
